In many places, illness, infirmity and other factors may prevent people from participating in Mass as they usually would. Prayerfully observing Sunday at home allows those who are housebound to remain united with the faith community assembled and celebrating at church.

To support you, the Carmelites of Australia and Timor-Leste prepare a Sunday Celebration of the Word of God that can be used at home. While you are still at home, Christ may continue to be made present in these celebrations through the proclamation of the Scriptures.
